The paper discusses early and reliable detection of variants of delta and delta plus SARS-CoV-2 sequences discovered in the wastewater network of the city of Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. Interestingly, some variants showing SNPs similar to the "Mu" variant instead of the "Delta" are also reported in this manuscript.
